Customer Experience (CX) Insights Internship (Part-time, Spring 2024)
We are looking for a talented individual to be a member of the customer insights team within the Customer Experience and Marketing department at Transamerica Individual Solutions group. The team is responsible for Transamerica Individual Solutions’ designing and disseminating feedback on customer experience.
The Candidate will:
- Assist in the design and development of customer experience quantitative surveys
- Assist in the design and develop qualitative research (e.g., focus groups, interviews, usability testing)
- Design and develop voice of customer dashboards
- Conduct analysis of primary/secondary research
- Cultivate a deep understanding of secondary research resources
What you will need:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Customer Experience, Statistics, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology or related field
- Internships are not available for students who have completed their college education or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship
- A foundation in customer experience
- Knowledge of marketing research methods and survey design
- Exposure to Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, or other survey tools
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience with tools such as Tableau and PowerBI preferred
- Solid communication skills to clearly articulate analysis results

Working Environment & Program Dates:
- Candidates must be able to work ~ 25 hours/week during the 16 week spring internship program (mid-January to mid-May). There is a possibility to extend to a full-time internship (40 hours/week) over the summer (mid-May - mid-August).

Compensation:

The salary for this position generally ranges between $18 - $20 per hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
