Description: In unmanned aircraft system traffic management (UTM) and urban air mobility (UAM), aerial vehicles are envisioned to operate much closer to each other in low-altitude airspace than in conventional high-altitude air traffic systems because of the high-density and low-altitude operations bring difficulties into the development of a safe and efficient low-altitude air traffic system, such as communication, navigation, separation definitions, collision avoidance algorithms/protocols, flight planning and scheduling, risk/safety assessment, and emergency plans. Therefore, this research aims to successfully demonstrate the UTM ecosystem with two fleet operators where each operator's flights are deconflicted using a centralized deconfliction system.

Tasks may include:
1) Create a python script to generate GeoJSON files for input to an Air Traffic Management (ATM) Simulator
2) In real-time periodically:
a) read flight track data of airborne flights
b) update the Flight Plan data for aircraft that are still on-ground and feed to an ATM Simulator
c) send updated scheduled departure time data from an ATM Simulator to fleet operator
3) Create a python script for generating Operational Volume Blocks for an ATM visualizer
4) Automate process of uploading GeoJSON file to an ATM Simulator
5) Automate process of decoding the output from an ATM Simulator
