CE Contracts Internship – Summer 2022 - Remote

  • Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

Seeking Interns to support Legal, Contracts and Compliance Department!

This intern position will be in the Legal, Contracts and Compliance department, providing participants with valuable experience working on important legal, contractual and compliance issues in a world class, dynamic, full-service legal environment. The position involves working directly with attorneys, internal clients, and potential interaction with customers, suppliers, and service providers. This position is eligible to work remotely.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program at the time of the assignment
  • Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contract requirements
  • Enrolled in an accredited law program or MBA graduate program
  • Have finished at least 1 year of full-time law school, graduate school or equivalent prior to starting your internship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and consistent record of collaboration, flexibility, innovation, and initiative
  • Strong interest in the study and application of the law, regulatory compliance, contracts, substantive knowledge of legal issues, and some prior experience with a legal department or law firm setting.
  • Strong understanding of or work history in business or aerospace
