Business Services Coordinator

The Business Services Coordinator has responsibilities in student records management, occupancy management, budget management assistance, procurement assistance, financial tracking, and administrative support. The Business Services Coordinator handles and processes a variety of information for students, parents, staff, faculty, prospective students, families, current and prospective conference or camp clients. That information includes oversight of student records management and assisting with student billing, housing application and selection, meal plan selection, and reconciliation between various student information systems including Banner and RMS (Mercury). This position supervises one full time staff member (Office Manager) and has an indirect supervision role with student employees.

Typical hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Due to the nature of position and department needs, occasional after hours, weekends, and evening work periods will be needed. All Housing and Student Life Operations staff are designated as University critical personnel.

Qualified applicants will demonstrate possession of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
