Internship Summary
Research Square machine learning engineers (MLE) develop innovative solutions and support service delivery for the global research community. As a machine learning intern, you will be part of a team of engineers that solve critical business needs. Successful applicants will be assigned to a core software project that may involve NLP model development, data mining, data cleaning, exploratory analysis, training, and model validation. Projects will be determined based on the experience, skills, and interests of applicants.
We are actively seeking interns who can work full-time for 10 weeks, from June 1st to August 10th, 2022.
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- Experience with Python or another programming language (e.g. R, Java, C#, Matlab, etc.)
- Understanding of machine learning techniques (supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, etc.)
- Interest in developing machine learning solutions, especially in the field of natural language processing
- Excellent communication skills
Education
- Pursuing BS/MS/PhD program in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Design, or related fields.
