Residential Coordinator
General Overview: The Dynamy Residential Coordinator position plays a similar role to a Residential Assistant on a college campus. Residential Coordinators offer gap year students support with engaging in community activities and events, independent living skills, and involvement within the Worcester community and help aid student growth as they transition into adulthood.
Highlights of Job:
--Oversee an apartment of approximately 15 gap year students between the ages of 17 and 22 on evenings and weekends and live in a separate 1 bedroom apartment in the same building.
--Coach and support students through independent living skills like cooking, cleaning, time management, conflict resolution, and apartment engagement.
--Plan and run recreational activities on-site and in the greater Worcester community.
--Document student growth and struggles and work with advising staff to help the student reach their post-Dynamy employment and educational goals.
