Weatherization Services Program Manager

Community Action Opportunities desires to employ a poised leader who displays excellent communication skills, teambuilding abilities, problem solving experience and capacity to delegate tasks. In addition, the ideal candidate is knowledgeable and passionate about weatherization services and can effectively direct staff and manage budgets to ensure quality work is performed.

Requires a North Carolina Driver License, ability to travel throughout eight-county service area, four year college degree, construction management experience and Quality Control Inspector certification (or ability to achieve within one year of employment).

Compensation $58,198 to $64,542 annually (DOQ) plus competitive benefits including 401(k).
