Creative Content Writer Remote Spring Internship 2021

CREATIVE CONTENT WRITER 

Get ready for hands-on experience where your ideas matter. You will be an integral member of our extremely passionate team, helping to produce engaging brand communication that engages, educates and entertains our fans and followers.

We are looking for a talented creative writer to generate engaging, original content for our website. The writer will research topics and develop interesting posts that will appeal to our target audience and promote the brand blog using our website, LinkedIn, social media, direct email, and other methods to alert and expand our readership. You should be a skilled, tech-savvy writer who can create appealing, insightful posts that will reach and grow our audience.
Responsibilities:
  • Generating, researching, and pitching ideas for posts including recipe posts.
  • Writing, editing, publishing, and promoting content for newsletters, LinkedIn, Big Mozz's website, & social media accounts
  • Maximizing site traffic by utilizing Search Engine Optimization keywords in your writing
  • Inviting other bloggers, experts, or other notable guests to contribute guest content
  • Staying current on industry trends, searching for possible opportunities to attract new readers or create stronger, more engaging content.

Requirements
  • Students pursuing English, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Writing experience or demonstrated focus on a specific interest or field (not necessarily food.)
  • Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends.
  • Proficiency with content management software, social media platforms, Google & MS Office products, and SEO keywords.
  • Remote workload of 10-15 hours per week
  • Working closely with Founder and small creative & brand leadership team
