Executive Assistant to President/CEO

As Executive Assistant to the President/CEO, you provide executive, administrative, and development support to President/CEO and other C-level Executives. Your responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on the President's matters. Serve as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams by organizing and coordinating executive outreach, building and maintaining external relations efforts, and overseeing special projects.

How can you contribute to what we do?
  • Serve as a fundamental partner by assisting with high touch executive support, relationship management, and development of key initiatives and action items.
  • Carefully prepare presentations, statistical analyses, and meeting reports; attend important meetings, and distribute recap.
  • Thoroughly research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the President's office and internal departments; demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
  • Ensure executives are well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach that facilitates the President's ability to effectively lead the company. 
  • Expertly prioritize needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on successful completion projects, often with tight deadlines.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for high-level clientele and stakeholders.
  • Skillfully complete a wide variety of administrative tasks, including managing high volume calendars, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, completing expense reports, composing and preparing confidential correspondence, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, and more.

  • You demonstrate high attention to detail, as well as expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Utilizing your strong interpersonal skills, you easily build relationships with stakeholders, staff, and board members.
  • You naturally use your independent judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills to proactively solve problems.
  • You embrace working independently while also being able to work successfully in a collaborative team environment.
  • Handling confidential information, managing competing deadlines, and achieving high- performance goals are second nature to you.
  • You are forward-looking, seeking out opportunities and proposing solutions.
  • You have 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives.
  • You may be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You may have a bachelor’s degree and/or some commercial real estate experience.
