Marketing Intern

How will you make a difference?

The Marketing Intern assists with the development of marketing collateral, both hardcopy and electronic, website content and execution of corporate events that showcase and enhance the Keystone positioning and brand. Flexible schedule allows you to work around schoolwork or another job.

What will you do?

  • Contribute to development and execution of public relations strategies.
  • Craft effective prose to be used in advertising copy, marketing collateral, websites, press releases, blogs, and social media.
  • Work closely with sales manager to present effective ideas
  • Work with all teams to identify news, initiatives, and story ideas to leverage external communications
  • Identify opportunities to communicate company initiatives externally
  • Create presentations and other marketing collateral to support sales team
  • Contribute to event planning and coordination details of events
  • Manage deliverables and collateral needs for special events
  • Recommend improvements to meetings/events policies, processes and guidelines
  • Manage branded promotional merchandise and collateral
  • Broaden your expertise in technology operations through daily hands on learning opportunities.
  • Participate in developmental activities such as one-on-one feedback sessions, Tips for Success, and Industry Discussions

Digital + Social Media

  • Work within Sales efforts to enhance recognition of brand
  • Create and Coordinate Drip email campaigns
  • Participate in utilizing webinars to promote services within the organization
  • Partner with sales team to participate in social media efforts
  • Website edits and additions
  • Collateral edits + updates
  • Event promotion content, implementation and follow up
  • Create, update and maintain blog and website content

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Familiar with Drip email campaigns
  • One to three years’ experience in writing, public relations, sales support or marketing
  • Should be in your junior/senior year of your Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing or related field.
  • Able to work with a variety of people at all levels of the organization
