Qualifications
We are looking to hire a dynamic, investigative thinker who is able to explain solutions to real estate issues in a strong written narrative. Candidate must have a 4-year degree with a course concentration in Real Estate Finance and/or Finance/Statistics and have a high level of expertise in Word and Excel (writing intensive courses would be helpful). Previous experience or exposure to the real estate industry is desirable, though not necessary. State licensure a plus but not a requirement.
