Communities in Action Director

Richland County Health Department is seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead our AmeriCorps and Communities In Action (CIA) programs. The Director will be responsible for managing the AmeriCorps - CIA program. The AmeriCorps Director must have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to create positive working relationships with key stakeholders, organization, planning and time management skills, and be flexible as the requirements for the job are always evolving. This position requires travel to outreach sites in Northeastern Montana counties and occasional travel to western Montana with some travel outside the state. The position is fulltime, 40 hours per week. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in any related field: business, human services, psychology, or community health as examples. A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered. The wage of this position is competitive and includes benefits. This position is dependent on grant funds. The position may be eliminated if the grant ends and/or this position may vary with the availability of grant funds.
