Mission Health's Clinical & Business Analytics Information Technology team is seeking a full-time Clinical & Business Analytics Intern to start in August 2018.  Internship positions are non-benefitted and typically last approximately four months with the possibility of extending up to six months.

 

JOB SUMMARY: To provide assistance in building analytical tools documenting data processes and information needed to meet the measurement and analytics needs of Mission Health. Deliver analytical tools, documents, and artifacts to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of information systems used in delivery of care within a program and/or support service, and in measuring the impact of improvement initiatives on processes and outcomes.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Formal training in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience

 

PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: College-level courses in Database or formal training in a technology-related field. Basic understanding of SQL methodologies. Excellent Microsoft suite knowledge, including strong working knowledge of Excel and Work. Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail. Strong partnering and relationship-building skills. Basic understanding of Relational Database Management Systems. Demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn new analytical methods, software applications, and tools.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Graduate-level courses in Database along with a concentration in Information Technology

Intern Pay Grade:

Minimum:$14.33/hour

Midpoint:$18.65/hour

Maximum:$22.93/hour
