  • The individual selected for this position:

    • Develops, organizes, manages, and implements the recruitment program, activities, and functions of the excepted service employees of the Atlanta Regional Census Center.
    • Develops a strategic plan for recruitment programs, operations, and goals for the Atlanta Regional Census Center.
    • Conducts or participates in group recruiting sessions.
    • Analyzes and monitors progress, performance, and cost data of a recruitment program to ensure recruitment operations are within specific time limits and budget constraints.
