Description
This is an entry level position with State Employees' Credit Union, assisting members by phone. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: establishment of new accounts, handling debit and credit card transactions, account resolution, and processing internet requests. This is a professional development position which will include completion of Credit Union modules, personal lending training, and acquiring insurance licensure. Hours- Night Shift 4 on/4 off, 2:00pm-1:00am. Some holidays required.

Should possess a high level of self-control, self-confidence, patience as well as strong mathematical and communication skills.
