Prevention Coordinator

The Orange County Rape Crisis Center in Chapel Hill, NC, is seeking a full-time Prevention Education Coordinator. The PC is responsible for implementing a comprehensive plan for the primary prevention of sexual violence in Orange County. The PC will present established education programs to local students in classrooms and other youth-serving settings, educate parents and adults about prevention skills, and mentor local teens in youth empowerment and prevention activities. Candidates must have experience with public speaking, working with children and teens, and communicating complex ideas in accessible ways for a variety of audiences.
