Finance & Human Resources Coordinator

The Orange County Rape Crisis Center in Chapel Hill, NC, is seeking a part-time Finance & HR Coordinator.

The Finance & Human Resources Coordinator (FHRC) manages all bookkeeping functions for the agency including but not limited to monitoring organizational, program, and grant budgets; making and coding payments; classifying revenues by source; ensuring compliance with government and grant regulations; reconciling accounts; managing agency purchasing; and preparing for the annual financial audit. The FHRC is also responsible for the financial aspects of human resources, such as coordinating payroll and benefits for agency staff members. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of nonprofit financial management experience and demonstrated success is managing fund accounting.
