What I liked
I liked the fact that I was able to collaborate with people I’d never worked with, despite going to the same school. Bringing in Freshman and getting them excited to come here was also a great feeling. The leadership role impacted me tremendously and opened me to more opportunities.
What I wish was different
I wish Freshman got to see more of campus to really get a feel for it. Also, I wish my managers were more interactive with the staff.
Advice
Be prepared to wake up early and walk a bit but also don’t be afraid to escape your comfort zone and explore different aspect of your personality.
